Who We're Looking For
We’re hiring driven, sharp, and connected Business Development Managers to grow our presence across Florida and nationwide. This role is ideal for someone with experience in:
- Business brokerage, M&A advisory, B2B sales, or private capital
- Building relationships with business owners, CPAs, wealth managers, or brokers
- Working independently with confidence, while collaborating with a team that executes at a high level
Multilingual professionals (Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Italian, Hindi, etc.) strongly encouraged to apply. We serve a diverse client base and want our team to reflect that.
What You’ll Do
- Source business owners looking to sell, grow, or acquire
- Cultivate referral relationships with brokers, CPAs, and wealth advisors
- Represent Seaside at local business events and through your own network
- Work closely with our deal team to transition qualified leads into full engagements
- Help expand the Seaside brand in your region
