What You’ll Be Doing
As a Design Consultant, you’ll dive into the exciting world of custom organization! You’ll work directly with clients to create stunning designs and sell personalized solutions. Your role involves guiding customers through the sales process, crafting unique designs, and ensuring top-notch service from consultation to installation.

What You’ll Bring to the Table
· Strong Communication Skills: You excel in customer service and enjoy building relationships.
· Design Background: A degree or experience in interior design is a plus.
· Sales Experience: Previous work in sales or the furniture industry is beneficial.
· Project Management Skills: You can juggle multiple clients and projects smoothly.
· Motivation and Drive: You’re self-motivated and focused on achieving goals.
· Knowledge of Space Planning: Familiarity with space planning and construction is a bonus.
· Experience with Custom Solutions: If you have experience with wardrobes or garage cabinets, that’s a plus!
· Ability to read plans/blueprints
Compensation
· Pay is commission-based after 3 months, with potential earnings of $25-$50 per hour based on your performance.
Requirements
· Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
· Design background or equivalent Degree a plus.
· License: A valid driver’s license is a must.
