Guest Services Agent - Seaside Resort
**Starting Range $14/hr.
1 Part-time position - Shift 3 - 11 PM
Job Description - Guest Service agents welcome all guests upon their arrival with a smiling face and friendly attitude. The Guest Services Agent is often the first point of contact for guests; giving the agent the responsibility of a first impression. Some of the daily duties include, but are not limited to; checking in and out, issuing room keys/cards, keeping records of guest accounts, processing payments, and making edits to guests' reservations.
Job Responsibilities -
- Check guests in and out of the resort
- Issue guest keys appropriately
- Communicate with other departments to meet guest requests
- Accommodate guests' scheduled stay as needed
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems/safety hazards
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs
- Resolve quest concern; assist in all inquiries relating to hotel amenities and services
Requirements :
- Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience is preferred but not required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as positive body language
