Seaside Lodging Management Company is on the lookout for a vibrant, dedicated individual to join our team as a full-time Night Audit/Front Desk Attendant. This year-round opportunity has hours from 11 pm to 7 am, and we're thrilled to offer training for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Perform night audit duties, including reconciling accounts, processing guest payments, and ensuring accurate financial records
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure guest satisfaction
- Address and resolve guest complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and common area spaces
- Set up daily breakfast
