Aesthetic Injector (BSN RN, NP, or PA)
Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aesthetic Injector to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursing with specialized knowledge in non-surgical cosmetic procedures (Botox, Filler, PRF, PRP, Microneedling, Laser). As an Aesthetic Injector, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client care and personalized recommendations. We are a close-knit med spa and looking for an individual who wants to grow with us long term and thrives on a team of passionate women.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for administering injectable treatments, including neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers, while providing exceptional care and personalized recommendations to clients
- Perform aesthetic consultations to assess patients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Administer cosmetic injectable treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, and other non-surgical aesthetic procedures
- Ensure patient safety and maintain high standards of care during procedures
- Educate patients on post-treatment care and provide follow-up consultations as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes
- Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in aesthetic medicine
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with other medical professionals and team members to deliver comprehensive aesthetic care
- Adhere to all regulatory, licensing, and healthcare compliance requirements
Requirements
- Degree: BSN or above
- Active RN, NP, or PA license in the state of California
- Min. 1 year experience in aesthetics
- Experience in a clinical setting, preferably in the aesthetics industry.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and basic life support techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and training in aesthetic procedures.
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
Pay: Hourly (DOE) Commission (DOE)
