To be successful in this role, you will need 2 years of customer service experience and preferably previous aesthetic or medical office experience. You should also have a strong knowledge base of aesthetics, be familiar with healthcare scheduling/EMR software, and have excellent phone and interpersonal presence. Additionally, you should be highly organized, efficient, and a team player. We are seeking a long-term relationship with the right candidate.
Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling appointments and entering new patient information
- Greeting clients, answering phones, and responding to email inquiries
- Managing waitlists and cancellations
- Supporting event planning and coordination
- Assisting with stocking and conducting monthly skin care inventory
