Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring our vacation homes are spotless, well-stocked, and ready for guest arrivals. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and passionate about maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hospitality with attention to detail!
Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning & Property Preparation
- Clean vacation rental homes thoroughly, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
- Change linens, make beds, and replace towels and toiletries.
- Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and sanitize high-touch surfaces.
- Remove trash and restock essential supplies.
- Inspect properties for any maintenance issues and report them to the manager.
Guest Readiness & Quality Control
- Ensure each property meets cleanliness and presentation standards before guest check-in.
- Arrange furniture and décor according to company guidelines.
- Double-check that all appliances and amenities are in working order.
Laundry & Supplies Management
- Collect, wash, dry, and fold linens as needed.
- Maintain and restock cleaning supplies and guest amenities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to clean thoroughly and spot areas that need extra attention.
- Time Management: Work efficiently to complete tasks within required timeframes.
- Reliability: Dependable and able to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
- Team Player: Works well independently and with other team members.

Most of our full-time staff work 9:30am-6pm. Pay varies between hourly and piecework depending on the schedule. Pay starts at $18.00 an hour while in Training Summer Bonuses ($21.60/hr) for Experienced Staff.
