Job Summary
FULL TIME & PART TIME AVAILABLE! We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Guest Experience Specialist to join our team in providing exceptional hospitality experiences. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and warmth. This role involves managing front desk operations, assisting with guest inquiries, and contributing to a welcoming atmosphere at our hotel or resort.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest accounts.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, offering assistance with reservations, room assignments, and local information.
- Manage phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, addressing guest concerns and providing information about hotel services.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy.
- Maintain Local Knowledge to provide guests with relevant recommendations.
- Assist in resolving any guest complaints or issues in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction.
- Clerical Duties as needed.
- Vacation Home Inspections as needed.
Skills
- Previous experience in front desk operations or customer service within the hospitality industry is preferred. No experience but great with people? We train!
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available weekends and have own transportation.
- Must pass Background Check and provide references.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
