Previous experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
- Client Interaction:
- Greet and welcome clients and their pets.
- Address client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Appointment Scheduling:
- Schedule and confirm appointments for consultations, vaccinations, and procedures.
- Remind clients of upcoming appointments.
- Record Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Input and update client and pet information in the clinic's database.
- Billing and Payments:
- Process payments for services rendered.
- Provide estimates for treatments and procedures.
- Communication:
- Relay messages between clients and veterinary staff.
- Follow up with clients regarding their pets’ health and care instructions.
- Client Education:
- Provide information on pet care, vaccinations, and clinic services.
- Assist clients with post-visit instructions and product recommendations.
- Inventory Management:
- Assist with managing inventory of pet products and supplies.
- Notify management of low stock levels.
- Problem Resolution:
- Address and resolve client complaints or concerns effectively.
- Escalate issues to the doctor or management when necessary.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with veterinary staff and technicians to ensure seamless service.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Facility Maintenance:
- Ensure the reception area and waiting room are clean and organized.
- Monitor the clinic’s environment for safety and comfort.
- These responsibilities ensure smooth operations at the clinic and contribute to a positive experience for both clients and their pets.
Qualifications
