About The Role
As Technical Program Manager, you'll lead special projects, report and analyze key metrics, and identify new opportunities for growth and efficiency. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills AND project management expertise. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally to manage technical initiatives, optimize business processes, and provide data-driven insights that support decision-making. You'll need to be equally comfortable writing SQL queries to analyze performance as you are leading meetings with enterprise stakeholders. This role combines hands-on analytical capabilities with program management expertise to ensure successful implementation of our platform within complex enterprise environments.

What You Will Do
- Lead Technical Integration Programs
- Own end-to-end project management of enterprise platform integrations
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments to drive alignment and progress
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans that balance enterprise requirements with startup agility
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks across organizational boundaries
- Drive Data-Informed Decision Making
- Write and optimize SQL queries to analyze integration performance and user behavior
- Build comprehensive dashboards and reports to track project KPIs
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify optimization opportunities
- Create data models in spreadsheets to forecast and track project metrics
- Develop self-service analytics capabilities to answer emerging business questions
- Bridge Multiple Worlds
- Transform enterprise requirements into clear, actionable tasks for our team
- Adapt communication styles between startup and enterprise contexts
- Maintain momentum despite enterprise inertia and complex approval processes
- Build strong relationships across organizational boundaries
You should have:
- 2-5 years of experience combining technical analysis and project management
- Strong SQL proficiency and comfort with data analysis tools
- Excellence in spreadsheet modeling and data visualization
- Proven ability to navigate enterprise environments while maintaining startup speed
- Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and driving alignment
- Track record of maintaining project momentum despite organizational challenges
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Business Analytics, Engineering, Economics)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Must-Have Technical Skills:
- SQL (intermediate to advanced)
- Excel/Google Sheets (advanced modeling capabilities)
- Data visualization tools (e.g., Metabase, Looker, Tableau)
- Project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana)
