We are searching for a dedicated and talented Banquet Chef to bring their expertise and passion to our Season’s team. As the Banquet Chef, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable culinary moments during our banquet functions, hosted in the historic and charming venues across our picturesque property.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Culinary Experience: 5 years (required)
- Kitchen Management: 3 years (required)
- Banquet Expertise: Proven ability to orchestrate and execute high-quality banquet events
- A love for fast-paced, upbeat environments
- A strong work ethic and unwavering dedication
- Exceptional leadership and time-management skills
What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef to craft creative, seasonally inspired menus for banquets and à la carte offerings.
- Oversee all aspects of banquet operations, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction.
- Lead and schedule a talented team of cooks, and kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation in all kitchen operations.
- Implement strategies to minimize food waste and manage resources effectively.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to safety standards.
- Support the development of recipes and innovative presentation techniques.
- Contribute to budget planning and inventory management, ensuring cost control without compromising quality.
- Step in to assist with à la carte services during quieter banquet periods.
