What can Seasonal Connect offer you?

We offer a starting base salary of $58,656 to $65,000 depending on experience along with a strong commission structure starting at 10% and increasing based on the packages sold. We offer a hybrid schedule of three days in our Framingham office weekly. May eventually move to remote with a few days in office a month. Health benefits, 401k, and a generous amount of paid time off.

Position Description:

Under the direction and supervision of the Chief Financial Officer, the Business Development Manager provides a wide range of sales and support to meet the goals and objectives of Seasonal Connect.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Respond as the person of contact regarding any sales-related request.
  • Responsible for being knowledgeable in Seasonal Connect services to generate sales.
  • Fully responsible for generating sales.
  • Respond to requests for information from potential clients to generate new leads.
  • Manage sales and covert the new leads into members.
  • Identify key targets to strongly pursue into becoming new members.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales strategies to expand the member base.
  • Develop new sales initiatives to capture potential clients.
  • Manage potential leads in HubSpot including list of potential leads.
  • Create and manage sales target list.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to convert new business into members.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with potential and new members.
  • Building and promoting healthy client relations through partnership.
  • Build relationships with potential enterprise accounts.
  • Assist the leadership team in future sales planning and strategy.
  • Responsible for building a sales pipeline.
  • Represent and publicly speak on behalf of the Seasonal Connect brand.
  • Assist in training and developing any key members of the Seasonal Connect team that contribute to converting potential clients into new members.
  • Responsible for completion of all goals to ensure a great work product by set deadlines.
  • Communicate all sales operations to leadership team.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Operates with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Entrepreneurial and self-starter mentality to identify and evaluate new opportunities with little oversight.
  • Comfortable with public speaking to convey complex product messaging.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to demonstrate support for and to help others successfully manage organizational change.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Superb time management skills.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma
  • 3 years’ experience working in a sales capacity role.
  • Experience selling digital solutions is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,656.00 - $65,000.00 per year
