Position Description
Under the direction and supervision of the Co-Founder/Chief Operating Officer, the Marketing and Graphic Design Coordinator provides a wide range of creative and people skills to support and meet the goals and objectives of Seasonal Connect.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Contribute to the organization’s marketing activities and create brand awareness through graphic designs.
- Identify marketing goals for the brand and coordinate implementation with the leadership team.
- Design, manage, and evaluate marketing email campaigns.
- Responsible for managing HubSpot including email campaigns, designs and branding.
- Analyze potential client behaviors to adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
- Assist in developing strategies and tactics to boost the organization’s reputation to attract new members.
- Producing content that serves a purpose to existing and potential clients to nurture future relationships.
- Utilize a variety of channels to create content and designs, generate leads, and publicity.
- Manage and engage in all social media accounts.
- Create engaging content for the website and social media accounts to attract and convert members.
- Coordinate marketing efforts across departments including sales and client services.
- Create and assist with improving marketing materials to support Seasonal Connect.
- Manage customer database.
- Assist with planning for events.
- Stay up to date with the latest marketing and design trends.
- Ensure all contact and communication with members are consistent and in line with company messaging and goals.
- Responsible for completion of all goals to ensure a great work product by set deadlines.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related field.
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in a marketing and graphic design function.
- Direct or indirect B2B marketing strongly preferred.
- Experience creating and deploying email marketing campaigns.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools strongly preferred.
- Experience managing a customer database and deploying marketing communications using HubSpot or similar CRM strongly preferred.
- Hospitality experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
