Crew Member/Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all our guests. You will be responsible for various tasks within the grocery store or food service environment, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring product freshness.
• Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory tracking.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a grocery store, food service, or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Basic knowledge of culinary practices and food safety standards.
• Ability to perform retail math calculations accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• A passion for helping others and providing excellent service is essential.

Pay: $450.00 - $1,000.00 per week

Expected hours: 48 per week
