- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe and manage medications
- Provide psychotherapy and counseling
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Stay up-to-date on the latest psychiatric treatment modalities
- Master's degree in psychiatric nursing or a related field
- Current PMHNP certification or eligibility
- At least 2 years of experience as a PMHNP
- Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology and psychotherapy
