In this role you will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions and act as a point of contact for employees regarding HRrelated inquiries. You will work to foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Assist in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Provide support in employee relations performance management and conflict resolution.
- Oversee benefits administration and maintain employee records.
- Support training initiatives and facilitate workshops.
- Monitor compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
- Manage HRrelated projects and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Foster a positive working environment and promote employee engagement.
Pay is $25$35 per hour based on experience
