Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventative care
- Conduct physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans
- Manage chronic conditions and provide ongoing patient education and counseling
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to established protocols and standards of care
- For inpatient roles, manage patient care within a hospital setting, including admissions, discharges, and consultations
- For outpatient roles, provide primary care services in a clinic setting

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Current, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice or ability to obtain one with assistance
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
