We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care to critically ill newborns in our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

- Conducting physical assessments and diagnostic tests on newborns
- Managing and coordinating care for premature or critically ill infants
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Providing education and support to families on newborn care and development
- Participating in medical rounds and contributing to patient care discussions
- Responding to emergencies and providing critical care as needed
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing
- Current certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP-BC)
- Current state license as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills in neonatology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
