Responsibilities:

• Diagnosing and treating complex medical conditions commonly found in elderly patients
• Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans tailored to meet the unique needs of elderly individuals
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care, including social workers, nurses, and other specialists
• Educating patients and their families about age-related health issues and preventive care strategies
• Conducting thorough assessments and screenings to identify age-related health concerns and develop personalized treatment plans
• Participating in ongoing medical research and staying current with advancements in geriatric medicine

Requirements:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification in Geriatric Medicine
• State licensure and eligibility to practice medicine
• Proven experience working with elderly patients in a clinical setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
