What are the responsibilities and job description for the PTA - Seasons position at Seasons Home Health Care?
Seasons Home Health Care continues to grow and is looking for a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team. This position would offer very flexible hours and a stable caseload and will cover Brighton (Livingston Co) and the surrounding areas.
We are looking for a PTA who can help improve the well-being of our patients and their families and has the heart and skills to work with home-bound patients.

Qualifications:
- Ability to perform routine visits utilizing effective therapeutic interventions
- Work with other disciplines to give the best care needed for each patient.
- Help decrease the need for re-hospitalization by being actively involved in the patient's plan of care to assess any changes that may be needed.
- When appropriate teach and counsel family members about care and processes for disease/injuries.
- Attend orientation, meetings, and CEUs
