This unique On-Call RN position offers a unique schedule of 7 on 7 off - Full weekend shift with weeknights starting at 5 pm and ending the shift at 8 am.

Your Role:
- Deliver quality hospice care to patients and families after hours in response to emergency calls.
- Manage symptoms and pain, educate patients, and support family caregivers.
- Provide compassionate guidance during death calls, ensuring families feel supported.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services provided.
Your Qualifications:
- Current RN license in Missouri.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 6 months in hospice care.
- Strong crisis intervention, communication, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of hospice care and the needs of terminally ill patients.
- CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively to meet patient and family needs.
