As a Kosher Pizza Maker, you will be the driving force behind our kosher pizza offerings. Responsibilities

• Prepare and handcraft a diverse selection of kosher pizzas using fresh, kosher-certified ingredients
• Adhere to kosher dietary laws and guidelines throughout the pizza-making process
• Ensure consistent pizza quality and taste, while meeting customer expectations and dietary requirements
• Oversee pizza dough preparation, ensuring its compliance with kosher standards
• Manage and organize the pizza station efficiently during peak hours
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain inventory, order kosher pizza supplies, and manage stock levels
• Ensure cleanliness and adherence to kosher food preparation practices in the pizza preparation area
• Train and guide kitchen staff on kosher pizza preparation techniques and adherence to kosher guidelines
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pizza Maker with a specialization in kosher cuisine in a reputable restaurant or kosher establishment
• Extensive knowledge of kosher dietary laws and their application to pizza-making
• Skillful in hand-tossing and shaping pizza dough to perfection
• Creative mindset to develop unique kosher pizza combinations and toppings
• Familiarity with kosher certification and the ability to source and identify kosher ingredients
• Strong organizational skills to manage pizza stations efficiently and maintain inventory
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest kosher food preparation standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and efficiently handle multiple pizza orders

• Formal culinary training and certification from a recognized institution
• Extensive experience working in kosher kitchens or restaurants
