We are looking for a full-time Client Care Coordinator who is fluent in both English and Spanish. You will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support in a remote setting. The ideal candidate has a background in performing intakes for a mental health outpatient clinic or private practice.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide information and assistance to clients regarding appointments, services, and general inquiries.
- Manage and update client records and schedule appointments using our electronic health record system.
- Conduct client intakes, gather relevant information, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
- Coordinate with clinicians and administrative staff to ensure smooth communication and scheduling.
- Perform general administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
- Experience performing intakes for a mental health outpatient clinic or private practice is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other office productivity tools such as Google Workspace is necessary.
- Experience with Zendesk is preferred.
- Educational Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Background Screening: This position requires a fingerprint-based background check.
