SeaStar Senior Services is a professional in-home care and care management company serving the Portland metro area, including Clark County. Services we provide include home care, medical and social outings, and care management for seniors and vulnerable adults. We are looking for professional

  • certified nursing assistants and caregivers who want to be part of a local company that is focused on providing quality, compassionate care to our clients.

We currently have the following IMMEDIATE needs :

1. CNA for Vancouver. Male client, looking for 24 hour care, on a feeding tube.

2 - on-call CNA needed to cover emergency call-outs and open shifts. No set schedule.

Duties :

  • Provide home care to clients living in their own homes
  • Meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands
  • Social interaction with the clients - puzzles, games, reading
  • Personal care, depending on assigned client needs
  • Medication administration, depending on assigned client needs
  • Delegated feeding tube

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • CNA required
  • Experience working with seniors and adults with disabilities
  • CPR certified or able to obtain
  • Good observational and writing skills
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Must have a smart phone for clocking in and out and documentation
  • Driver's license, car, and clean driving record required

    • Compensation :

  • Base Pay is $22 an hour with pay differentials based on client care needs or if covering call out shifts
  • PTO leave
  • Annual training
  • 150 bonus at 90 days for CNA's
  • Care for our clients and our employees is top priority. We take time with onboarding, following the Oregon Administrative Rules and Washington Administrative Codes, with background checks, drug tests, and paid training, orientation, and nurse evaluation BEFORE we send you out.
