Job Summary:
Seastreak is now hiring Lot Attendants to work in our New Bedford, MA location.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Opening and closing electronic parking lot gates
- Selling parking passes via payment system
- Directing customer cars to correct parking areas
- Assisting passengers with luggage, bikes, etc.
- Working with Dockhands and Valet to keep car and pedestrian traffic moving
- Being able to answer customer questions
Skills/Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Can provide the highest level of customer service and professionalism to all passengers
- Willingness to familiarize oneself with Seastreak’s current offerings and schedules to best assist customers
