**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Full Activities Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating fun, engaging, and enriching activities that promote physical, emotional, and social well-being. This position involves working closely with residents or participants to develop, implement, and evaluate various activities and programs tailored to their interests and needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing a diverse range of activities, including arts and crafts, games, exercise classes, outings, and special events.
- Collaborate with the Activities Coordinator and other staff to ensure a variety of programs that cater to different interests and abilities.
- Engage with participants in a positive and supportive manner, fostering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment required for activities, ensuring everything is well-stocked and organized.
- Monitor participant feedback and participation levels to help improve future activities and programs.
- Assist in transportation arrangements for off-site activities and ensure the safety of participants.
- Document attendance and participation in activities for reporting and evaluation purposes.
- Support the overall mission and vision of [Company Name] through active participation in team meetings and training sessions.
- Help maintain a clean and safe environment for all activities and programs.
- Other duties as assigned by the Activities Coordinator or management.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in recreation, therapy, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in event planning, recreation, or working with a specific population (e.g., seniors, children, individuals with disabilities) is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Creative and enthusiastic about developing new activities and programs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with activity planning tools is a plus.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred or must be obtained within a specified time after hiring.
