Executive Personal Assistant & Household Coordinator (Full-Time, Kauai)

Location: Princeville, North Shore of Kauai

Schedule: Full-time (flexible hours to start)

We are a health-conscious, nature-loving family passionate about wellness, regenerative food systems, and raising our children in a creative, mindful environment. As the founders of Seatopia, a company dedicated to regenerative seafood, ocean restoration, and health-conscious living, we integrate these values into our daily lives.

Our home is a space where organic food, sustainability, mindfulness, and creativity come together. We prepare and photograph beautiful meals, create content around holistic living, and engage in daily outdoor adventures. Our two daughters, Freya (28 months) and Osa (8.5 months), are being raised with Montessori and Waldorf-inspired approaches—prioritizing hands-on learning, nature play, and imagination.

We are looking for someone to help keep our home life flowing smoothly, support our daughters in their early learning, and assist with creative projects that highlight the Seatopia lifestyle. This is an opportunity to become part of something purpose-driven—where your role supports not just a family, but a bigger mission centered around health, sustainability, and connection to nature.

What a Typical Day Might Look Like

Your day could start by helping organize the morning—prepping snacks for Freya and Osa while Mom and Dad plan the day’s content and meetings. You might take Freya outside for an activity—a beach walk, a watercolor painting session, or an imaginative nature play inspired by Waldorf principles.

Midday, you could assist in the kitchen, helping with food prep for a Seatopia lifestyle shoot—styling fresh, organic seafood, or arranging ingredients beautifully for photography. If we’re shooting lifestyle content, you might help set up a picnic by the beach, ensuring everything flows effortlessly while keeping Freya engaged.

Later, you might run a quick errand, organize the home to reset the space for the next day, or take Marley, our Belgian Malinois, for a short walk before wrapping up. No two days will be exactly the same, but every day will involve a blend of childcare, personal assistance, household management, and creative collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Child Engagement & Learning: Support Freya’s Montessori/Waldorf-inspired activities, fostering creativity, curiosity, and outdoor play while Mom tends to Osa.

• Personal & Household Assistance: Run errands, keep schedules flowing, handle light organizing, and help with groceries (organic/local focus).

• Creative & Content Support: Assist with food prep, styling, and behind-the-scenes support for Seatopia’s brand storytelling, photo shoots, and lifestyle content.

• Pet Care: Help with occasional dog walks for Marley, our highly trained Belgian Malinois.

• Home Energy & Flow: Maintain a positive, mindful presence to keep our home running smoothly and efficiently.

Who We’re Looking For

• You love nature, wellness, and organic living. Whether it’s hiking, mindful eating, or sustainability, you align with our way of life.

• You’re great with children. Even if you’re not a trained nanny, you have a natural intuition for children’s needs and a love for creative, hands-on learning.

• You’re proactive and highly organized. You anticipate needs, manage schedules, and ensure things run efficiently without constant direction.

• You enjoy creative work. Whether it’s arranging a beautiful table setting, assisting with photo shoots, or helping in the kitchen, you bring enthusiasm to creative projects.

• You’re comfortable with pets. You’re happy to help with light dog care and walks.

• You’re open to travel. We may travel to California, Europe, or Southeast Asia, and would love someone who’s open to joining us when needed (all travel covered).

• You live on Kauai. Must be within ~30 minutes of Princeville.
