Department Overview

• Revenue: $5M to $10M
• Team Size: 5 Install Techs, 9 Service Techs, 14 Apprentices
• Reports To: Operations Manager

Role Responsibilities

• Team Management: Lead and mentor a diverse team of technicians and apprentices, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Sales Mindset: Focus on developing a sales-oriented culture within the plumbing team to maximize sales and service calls.
• Customer Satisfaction: Maintain and enhance our online reputation by ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to tap into untapped markets, such as club memberships, to boost revenue.
• Operational Excellence: Collaborate with the Operations Manager to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Plumbing Knowledge: Some plumbing experience is beneficial, a sales mindset will be prioritized.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a residential service team, with a focus on achieving results.
