What are the responsibilities and job description for the EXPERIENCED Veterinary Technician position at Seatown Veterinary Care?
Seatown Veterinary Care is a privately owned practice that was opened in 2016. We are seeking a full-time or part-time Veterinary Technician to join a busy state-of-the-art practice. If you love working with animals, collaborating and holding yourself to a high standard, that will match the elevated standard of patient care that we offer to clients at Seatown. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must for this position. All members of the team must utilize excellent time management skills while showing empathy, kindness, and compassion towards our clients, patients, and team members.
The primary purpose of the position is to provide quality veterinary medical care to our patients and clients while working in a team environment to ensure that all staff members are aware of the process and tasks needed to provide quality care. The Veterinary Technician will also be responsible for providing medical and dental care to our clients and patients. The ideal candidate will have experience in Veterinary medicine and have strong skills in seeing appointments, performing surgery, and overseeing dental cleanings.
Open availability Monday-Saturday is a requirement of this position.
