What are the responsibilities and job description for the Foam Cell Operator-2nd Shift position at Seats?
Foam Operator employees perform a variety of de-molding, and trimming operations in order to produce the wide assortment of foam products used in the manufacture of custom seating products.
2nd shift: 2:30 pm-1:00 am Monday through Thursday with overtime as needed on Fridays
Essential Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:
- De-mold foam from foam molds.
- Trim flash from molded foam parts.
- Prep and clean foam molds and tools.
- Must be willing to rotate to different workstations as production needs require.
- Must be flexible in work assignments.
- Read and follow work instructions.
- Proven attendance record with previous employers.
- Computer literate.
- Constantly lift and/or move up to 15 lbs.

**Seats Incorporated offers an hourly wage for this position starting at $20.10 per hour with an opportunity for progressive increases starting after 2 months and every 6 months afterward based on performance to a maximum of $23.35 per hour**
