Seats Incorporated is seeking reliable, team-oriented individuals to join our team in Spring Hill, KS. The shifts available are as follows:

1st shift: 5:00 am-3:30 pm Monday through Thursday with overtime possible on Friday.

2nd shift: 3:45 pm-2:15 am Monday through Thursday with overtime possible on Friday.

Weekend shift: 6:00 am - 6:00 pm Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Responsibilities Include:

• Place parts in specified sequence using bolts, clips, screws, staples glues/cements.

• Assemble components and parts to create finished products using hand tools, power tools, and machinery.

• Inspect and test assembled products for quality and functionality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as they arise.
• Document production activities and report any discrepancies or defects.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.
• Read and follow work instructions.
• Ability to navigate computer systems to look up written work instructions, cross-reference part numbers, check inventory, and reference production tables.
• Loads and unloads parts as required to assure production schedule is met and coordinate closely with production personnel
• Hangs parts to ensure successful coating and spray for touch-up as needed
• Labels parts and moves them to the appropriate assembly area

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Physical Requirements:

• Constantly lift and/or move up 10 lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs, depending on the job.
• Must be able to stand 10 to 12 hours per day, depending on shift.

• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

**Seats Incorporated offers an hourly wage starting at $19.65- 21.15 per hour, depending on the shift. There is an opportunity for progressive increases starting after 2 months and every 6 months afterward based on performance to a maximum of $23.25-24.75 per hour. There is additional performance bonus potential of $1.00 per hour.
