The production assembler plays a crucial role in our production line, ensuring that products are assembled properly and meet quality standards. We are looking for highly motivated individuals that are capable of working as part of a team consisting of 10-12 employees.
Production Assemblers are expected to work in a timely and precise manner and adhere to strict, but reasonable safety, quality, and production standards. An attention to detail, mechanical ability, and ability to follow procedures will help maintain smooth operations and uphold our commitment to product excellence.
Production Assemblers are expected to have excellent attendance, as it is essential for meeting production goals, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining quality standards. When employees are absent, it can lead to delays, increased pressure on others, and potentially lower-quality products.

Location: Spring Hill, KS
Shifts Available:
- 1st: 5:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday through Thursday (overtime possible on Fridays and Saturdays)
- 2nd: 3:45 pm – 2:15 am Monday through Thursday (overtime possible on Fridays and Saturdays)
- Weekend: 6:00 am - 6:00 pm, Friday through Sunday

Key Responsibilities:
- Place parts in specified sequence using bolts, clips, screws, staples glues/cements.
- Use air and battery powered tools to complete assemblies according to work instructions.
- Package completed seats.
- Be flexible in work assignments, as different seating models require different assembly operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of products during production to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and report any safety hazards or concerns to management.
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment by being proactive and supportive.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest enhancements to increase efficiency and product quality.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good manual dexterity and physical stamina to handle tasks such as lifting heavy objects, performing repetitive motions, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment, often requiring prolonged standing.
- Knowledge of hand and power tools is helpful but not required.
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Constantly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs, depending on the job.
- Must be able to stand 10 to 12 hours per day, depending on the shift.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Work Environment:
- Indoor Conditions: The employee will work in a climate-controlled work environment
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Given the potential for exposure to hazardous materials or equipment, wearing PPE (such as gloves, goggles, or hearing protection) is mandatory to ensure safety.
- Overtime: There may be times when the team is asked to work overtime to meet production goals, so flexibility with work hours is essential.
Compensation:
- Starting Pay: $19.65 - $20.65 per hour, depending on the shift.
- Progressive Pay Increases: Opportunity for raises after 2 months and every 6 months, with a maximum of $23.25 - $24.25 per hour.
- Bonus Potential: Performance bonus of up to $1.00 per hour.
- Bonus Potential: Quarterly Profit Sharing bonus
