Robot Welder-Long-Term Temporary Position-1st shift

Seats Incorporated is currently seeking to fill a Robot Welder position on our first shift. Robot Welders operate machines that use mechanized programmable tools (Robots) to automate the welding process.

This position is a long-term temporary opportunity expected to continue through May 2025.

No experience...No problem! We will train.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 

• Operate and program robotic welding machines
• Set welding jigs according to specific setup instructions
• Occasionally grind or spot weld parts
• Quality check parts using checking devices and fixtures
• Read blueprints
• Read measuring devices
• Read and follow work instructions
• Must be willing to rotate to different work stations as production needs require.
• Computer literate.
• Must be able to stand for up to 10 hours per day
• Constantly lift and/or move to up 50 lbs.

We currently have openings on the following shifts: 

1st shift: 4:00 am-2:30 pm Monday through Thursday, with overtime possible on Friday. 

*Friday overtime may be mandatory* 

*Saturday overtime is always voluntary*

**Seats Incorporated offers an hourly wage starting at $20.15 per hour with an opportunity for progressive increases starting after 2 months and every 6 months afterward based on performance to a maximum of $23.25 per hour.
