1st shift: 5:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday through Thursday with overtime possible on Friday.
Weekend shift: 6:00 am - 6:00 pm Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Responsibilities Include:
- Operates robotic welding machines
- Sets welding jigs according to specific setup instructions
- Occasionally grinds or spot welds parts
- Quality check parts using checking devices and fixtures
- Reads blueprints
- Reads measuring devices
- Reads and follows written work instructions
- Must be willing to rotate to different work stations as production needs require
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in manufacturing preferred.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and specifications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Physical Requirements:
- Constantly lift and/or move up to 56 pounds
- Must be able to stand 12 hours per day,.

**Seats Incorporated offers an hourly wage starting at $20.15 - 21.15 per hour, depending on shift.. There is an opportunity for progressive increases starting after 2 months and every 6 months afterward based on performance to a maximum of $23.80-24.80 per hour, depending on shift. There is additional performance bonus potential of $1.00 per hour.
