Duties

- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all program activities.
- Foster relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and families to enhance program visibility and support.
- Supervise staff members, providing guidance and support in their roles.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate the needs of participants and adjust programs accordingly.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
- Monitor program effectiveness through data collection and analysis, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.
Requirements
