Who We Are :

Seattle Aesthetics is a boutique medical aesthetics clinic in Lower Queen Anne offering state-of-the-art, non-invasive skin and body treatments to help clients achieve natural, transformative results. We specialize in RF Microneedling, IPL, Sofwave, CoolSculpting, DiamondGlow, and other advanced aesthetic treatments.

We are not a high-volume, impersonal med spa. We focus on personalized experiences and long-term client relationships. Because we are a small, elite team, we need someone who is not only highly skilled in treatments but also proactive, reliable, and capable of handling a variety of responsibilities.

Position Overview :

This is a full-time role with leadership opportunities. Unlike traditional esthetician positions, this role requires someone who is not just a provider but also a strong communicator, independent problem solver, and active contributor to the success of the practice.

You will not only perform treatments but also engage with patients, assist in practice growth, and take ownership of patient follow-up and clinic operations as needed.

Compensation & Benefits :

Competitive Pay Structure with High Earning Potential

32-$36 per hour (based on experience)
10-15% treatment commission (varies by service)
15% product commission on retail skincare sales
250 monthly patient retention bonus (for maintaining 80% rebooking rate)
Annual performance bonus of $2,500 for high performers

Estimated Total Annual Earnings : $95K - $117K

Key Responsibilities :

Advanced Aesthetic Treatments :

Perform RF Microneedling, IPL, Sofwave, CoolSculpting, DiamondGlow, and other medical aesthetics treatments

Conduct thorough patient consultations and develop customized treatment plans

Provide pre- and post-care education to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Maintain a high level of knowledge on the latest aesthetic techniques, products, and technologies

Patient Engagement & Sales (Ethical & Results-Driven Approach) :

Proactively educate patients on recommended treatments and skincare regimens

Ensure patient follow-ups and maintain relationships to encourage rebooking and long-term care

Confidently recommend skincare products and additional treatments to enhance results (without high-pressure sales tactics)

Consistently meet or exceed patient retention and rebooking goals

Clinic Operations & Administrative Support :

ake ownership of front desk and scheduling tasks as needed (we are a boutique practice, and everyone contributes to the patient experience)

Respond to patient inquiries, manage appointment bookings, and ensure seamless communication

Maintain accurate documentation in our electronic medical records (TouchMD)

Assist in creating social media content and patient education materials to promote treatments and skincare products

Ensure the treatment rooms are fully stocked, sanitized, and ready for use

Leadership & Growth Opportunities :

Act as a trusted advisor and leader within the practice

Support marketing initiatives, in-house events, and patient engagement programs

Contribute ideas to enhance the patient experience and business operations

Who We Are Looking For :

Licensed Master Esthetician in Washington (Required)

Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical aesthetics setting

Proven expertise in RF Microneedling, IPL, and advanced skin treatments

Exceptional communication and patient education skills

Strong sales and recommendation skills with integrity

Tech-savvy and comfortable using scheduling, EMR, and social media platforms

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute to practice growth

Professional, personable, and results-oriented

This is NOT the job for you if :

You are only interested in performing treatments and don’t want to engage with patients beyond the appointment

You are unwilling to take ownership of patient communication, follow-ups, or clinic operations as needed

You require constant supervision or struggle to work independently

You are hesitant to learning new skills, technology, or improving your sales confidence
