This is a hybrid position with 60% remote work.

Responsible, in collaboration with the clinical team members within Seattle Children's Care Network, to be the expert in accreditation processes related to population health. Responsible for planning, development and execution of all policies and procedures related to various accreditation/certification programs Leads the document preparation, requiring exemplary writing and content organization skills. Responsible for, in collaboration with community partners, the creation, training and implementation of care transformation strategies and the evaluation of the impact of said strategies. Reliable methods and tools are used to support implementation and evaluation of the practice recommendations. Continuous Performance Improvement (CPI) principles are used to support standardization and reduction in the variability of the care process, improving the outcomes and overall quality of care and meet the various requirements of the accreditation/certification programs. Leverage clinical information technology, process design, change management and evidence to enable improvements in the patient care experience, quality and financial goals.


Required Education and Experience

Master’s degree in Nursing or related field. Minimum of five years of pediatric nursing experience, preferably in ambulatory specialty or primary care setting. Three (3) or more years of experience in leading performance/business process improvement activities, including analyzing workflow and implementation of standard work. Minimum three years experience with policy development and implementation of new practices based on policy. Experience with integration of clinical and financial data, development of utilization and performance reporting.

Required Credentials
State of Washington RN License. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers. Current PEARS or PALS certification will be accepted in lieu of BLS.

Preferred
Clinical Leadership Position. Training and/or experience in evidence-based medicine. Clinical leadership training in quality improvement or lean production methodology. Clinical informatics education or experience.

Compensation Range

$126,805.00 - $190,207.00 per year

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
