The Radiology Informatics Analyst is responsible for analyzing and supporting business processes, software implementations, upgrades, and configuration, and supporting day-to-day operations of Radiology systems including: Infinitt PACS/VNA, Epic Radiant workflows (RIS), PACS workstations, various DICOM imaging applications, and the Powerscribe Voice Recognition system. The position ensures availability and functionality of all Radiology Informatics systems, through monitoring and/or direct repair and maintenance of PC-based computer hardware; and works with the PACS Administrator to evaluate the design and determine/implement modifications to existing applications that will effectively accomplish desired workflow objectives. In addition, it provides technical training and support to radiology department staff and customers as needed; prioritizes and coordinates work assignments to meet deadlines, ensures continued progress toward assignment completion, and shares experience and expertise with other team members. This position will also assist with other ancillary imaging areas on imaging initiatives and provide on-call support for all imaging areas as needed.


Required Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in relevant field, or two year's college coursework in Health Information Technology, Health Information Administration, Computer Science, and/or equivalent experience. Minimum of four (4) years technical training/experience.

- Experience in imaging information technology. - Previous experience with Radiology applications, including RIS (Epic), PACS and Powerscribe. - Previous experience with image transfer platforms.

Compensation Range

$71,578.00 - $107,366.00 per year

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
