Provide reusable and disposable medical devices, equipment, instrumentation, and scopes, for health care providers. Perform tasks independently, respond to customer service requests, and serve as a point of escalation and training resource for team members. Required Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent experience. Graduation from a Sterile Processing Program or equivalent on the job training or related military experience. As a condition of employment: Within 90 days of hire/transfer and annually thereafter, must complete and pass Learning Center web based training module, CHA-Blood Borne Pathogens. 2 or more years of recent experience in sterile processing. Demonstrated experience coordinating with other staff and facilitating teamwork to achieve department objectives. Demonstrated experience with and successful execution of tasks related to multiple sterile processing workflows. Demonstrated experience successfully completing tasks independently. Required Credentials CSPDT or CRCST or obtained within one year of transfer/hire. Preferred N/A. Compensation Range $24.16 - $36.24 per hour Salary Information This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
