Are you a dynamic fundraiser and event planner with a passion for theatre and community engagement? Seattle Children’s Theatre (SCT) is looking for an Annual Fund & Events Manager to drive fundraising efforts and create meaningful donor experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to grow SCT’s donor base, plan engaging fundraising events, and strengthen relationships with our community.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Fundraising Strategy & Execution: Under the supervision of the Director of Individual Giving you will develop and implement a strategic annual fund plan to expand our donor base, increase retention, and maximize donor engagement.
  • Event Planning & Management: Oversee all aspects of SCT’s donor events, including our signature spring luncheon, receptions, and other engagement opportunities.
  • Fundraising Communications: Work with the marketing team to craft compelling appeals, donor stewardship materials, and fundraising messages across multiple channels.
  • Data-Driven Impact: Track donor engagement and analyze campaign performance to inform fundraising strategies and ensure we’re meeting revenue goals.
  • Building Relationships: Collaborate across departments to strengthen SCT’s culture of philanthropy and create meaningful experiences for our supporters.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Passionate about the arts and youth engagement
  • Three or more years of nonprofit fundraising experience, with a focus on individual giving and event planning
  • Strong writer and communicator with a knack for crafting compelling donor messaging
  • Organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a creative, mission-driven environment
  • Experience with CRM systems (Tessitura experience a plus!)
