• Responsible for supporting transactional work of Seattle Children's and its affiliated organizations, including as lead counsel on appropriate matters.
• This position provides legal advice and support on a broad range of transactional matters, including joint ventures, strategic affiliations, professional services agreements, physician arrangements, financings, and other healthcare-related business transactions.
• Negotiates, reviews, and drafts contracts and other transactional documents and prepares written opinions and guidance to meet organizational business imperatives in a variety of operational areas within applicable legal requirements.
• Maintains current knowledge of legal developments related to transactions and healthcare regulatory requirements and advises management of impact and compliance strategies.
• Provides complex legal advice, consultation, and policy analysis and interpretation in numerous areas of law and policy.
• Functions at a level of skill, knowledge, and judgment that permits independent action, subject to oversight by the Deputy General Counsel.

Performs role both remotely and on-site based on department needs.

202,917.00 - $304,375.00 per year

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
