Clinical Research Coordinator I - Bilingual (Somali)

This role will support both The Equity, Navigation, Communication, and healthcare Outcomes REsearch (ENCORE) Lab and Community Engagement Core. This key position will assist in the organization, implementation and completion of clinical research trials in English and Somali throughout Seattle Children's Research Institute. Along with the PI and Research Manager, ensure that research projects are conducted in compliance with federal regulations, institutional policies / departmental guidelines, and standards of Good Clinical Practice.Required Education and ExperienceBachelor's Degree in related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Prior experience in research or a related field / setting.Confirmed proficiency in a second language via successful completion of a language assessment may be required for certain departments.Required Credentials N / A.PreferredPediatric research experience.Compensation Range$28.44 - $42.66 per hourSalary InformationThis compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year).
