The Project Manager III is responsible for strategically managing, planning, and coordinating moderately complex learning initiatives to ensure objectives are achieved within prescribed timelines and resource parameters. This role partners with the Learning Leadership team to implement structured project governance, optimize standard work processes, and maintain a centralized project tracker for real-time visibility into progress, dependencies, and risks. The Project Manager III facilitates project review meetings, provides executive summaries, and coaches team members on project management best practices. This role supports prioritization and work alignment by assessing incoming requests, maintaining a clear prioritization framework, and optimizing resource allocation. Additionally, Project Manager III develops data-driven dashboards, establishes KPIs, and provides insights to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement efforts. This role exercises independent judgment and decision-making to drive project success and enhance organizational impact.

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in health administration, business management, project management, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 7 years related experience, including at least 5 years managing projects.
Experience leading a large team on a large-scale project, complete cycle from initiation to project close.
Experience in and / or providing project leadership in a life sciences, healthcare, or bench science (translational research) industry.
Demonstrated successful experience working with vendors, consultants, and other purchased services.
Proven record of project completion through methodologies, including project and time management, team development, and status reporting.
Previous mentorship experience.

Master's degree in health administration, business, or related field or Master's certificate in project management.
Health care background.
Experience working in a Project Management consulting firm.
Experience applying professional project management approaches (e.g.
PMBOK, Agile, and / or SDLC).
Demonstrated successful experience leading complex change management in an organizational setting.
Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or continuous performance improvement experience.
Demonstrated successful experience leading change management in an organizational setting.
Experience conducting assessments and evaluations using both quantitative and qualitative data.
Compensation Range
115,277.00 - $172,915.00 per year
Salary Information
This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
