Seattle Christian School is inviting qualified candidates to apply for the role of Director of Operations for the 2025-2026 school year.
Description: Part-Time, 0.50 FTE, Contracted, Exempt
Salary: Base compensation range dependent on prior experience and education $30,000 - $40,000 per year

Desired applicants will meet the following requirements:
Role Qualifications
- Demonstrate excellent, effective and intentional verbal and written communication skills
- Leads department area with care, discretion, and a collaborative approach in all settings
- Radiate a sense of grace and peace throughout all facets of daily work and personal interactions
- Hold strong project management skills with the ability to produce and manage multiple deliverables, plan and direct projects and qualified tasks, with overlapping deadlines and prioritize tasks accordingly for completion. Able to evaluate and assign projects as urgent, important, and classify for scheduling
- Able to direct and ensure execution with projects and assigned tasks in a timely manner and with a servant heart
- Exhibit a posture of development and learning and interest in growth for a leadership role

Employment Eligibility
