About the Company
My client is a well-established general contractor specializing in reconstruction and insurance restoration projects . They are seeking an experienced Insurance Project Manager to oversee multiple projects, working closely with insurance adjusters, clients, and field teams to ensure high-quality execution from mitigation to final restoration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple reconstruction projects ensuring compliance with approved insurance scopes.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and schedules while monitoring progress.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, insurance representatives, and subcontractors .
- Oversee all phases of construction and restoration , including mitigation, structural repairs, and finishing work.
- Conduct site visits to monitor work quality, progress, and safety compliance.
- Manage project budgets , identify cost-saving opportunities, and process change orders as needed.
- Resolve project issues , including discrepancies in insurance scopes and unforeseen challenges.
- Ensure local building codes, safety regulations, and insurance compliance .
- Leverage industry relationships to increase workflow and expand project opportunities.
