The AVP, Branch Operations will be a key member of the leadership team who generates solutions and implements plans and programs in service of our mission, values, and strategic goals. Through oversight of leaders in retail, the AVP, Branch Operations will ensure adherence to all operational and compliance regulations, financial coaching and capital deployment activities, comply with Seattle Credit Union's processes and procedures, federal laws and regulations set forth by the NCUA.

WHAT YOU WILL DO :
- Develops, recommends and implements improvement roadmaps that align with Seattle CU's business plan.
- Recommends and establishes enhancements to systems and processes that advance company goals and team performance.
- Develops, communicates, and implements branch level production goals, recommends budgets, and operating plans to align with and achieve those goals.
- Ensures consistent leadership, mentoring, coaching and direction is provided by all people leaders that drive individual and branch success.
- Collaborates with Community Relations team to develop initiatives designed to cultivate new business relationships, enhance financial education, increase community involvement / leadership, and increase capital deployment for priority audiences.
- Leads business development planning sessions with branch leadership.
- Oversees adherence to operational policies, procedures, and controls to ensure the safety and security of employees, members, and credit union assets.
- Responsible for overall retail branch network performance and activity, including transaction volume, loan volume, and organic member growth.
- Leads action to address performance gaps and strategies for improvement.
- Recommends and implements action plans to improve operational policies, procedures, and controls, and mitigate controllable losses.
- Oversees the physical facilities and equipment of the branches and ensures appropriate management and follow through of safety practices by branch staff.
- Implements and coordinates programs and activities to meet / exceed performance goals.
- Provides recommendations and demonstrates actions that support the member experience and business goals through the advancement of technology education.
- Analyzes trends and metrics to recommend, develop, and implement solutions, programs, and organizational policies; uses data in decision making.
- Partners with Business Analytics to develop and maintain effective and efficient branch production dashboards to assist in oversight of branch sales and service activities.
- Oversees activity around branch audits and ensures resolution to findings or observations are resolved.
- Ensures timely responses are provided after thorough research of member complaints with appropriate documentation of remediation efforts.
- Effectively communicate Member Feedback trends occurring in the branches and ensures appropriate plans and programs address key trends and observations.
- Develops and maintains strong and trusted relationships with employees and managers at all levels across the organization.
- Acts as a change agent to support periods of organizational culture and business growth.
