The Branch Representative is responsible for sales, exceptional customer service skills, and helping members achieve their financial goals. As a Branch Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and meeting member needs, driving sales growth, and contributing to the overall success of the branch, with a commitment to serving all our communities.
WHAT YOU WILL DO :
- Provide exceptional service to members by listening to their needs and sharing features and benefits of appropriate products.
- Cross-sells products and services to best meet members' needs.
- Achieves or exceeds all sales and service goals.
- Builds progressive knowledge around all member-facing credit union products and services.
- Assist members with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution.
- Educate members on digital tools and services to enhance their financial experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
- Adheres to all banking regulations, compliance, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Seattle Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Effectively adjusts to changing and evolving priorities and expectations.
- Demonstrates commitment to SCU Values and creating a positive impact on underserved communities.
- Focuses efforts on team success and delivering solutions to members.
- Bring a solution oriented, growth mindset to challenging situations. Provides recommendations for improvement to management when appropriate.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

The pay range for this role is :
17.26 - 25.05 USD per hour(Southcenter Branch)
