The Project Manager will work within Seattle Credit Union's Enterprise Project Management Office leading technical and non-technical projects across the Credit Union. This is an exciting opportunity to bring forth new ideas and see those ideas come to life!
WHAT YOU WILL DO :
- Responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and directing projects and project plans in support of the Credit Union's critical strategic projects in a high visibility role.
- Develops and maintains project plans, including details relating to resources required, timelines, schedules, budgets, and communications.
- Manage cross-functional projects by working directly with internal stakeholders and third parties. Coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project have been well-planned.
- Provides strategic consultation to partners at all levels of the organization.
- Regularly participates in holistic decision-making processes; provides input and critical thinking / analysis to identify and mitigate risks.
- Independently manages new / complex situations and delivers valuable solutions.
- Develops, refines and implements PMO policies, procedures, programs, templates and artifacts.
- May represent Seattle Credit Union to external customers such as examiners, auditors, vendors, and support companies.
- Consistently meets deadlines and project deliverables.
- Efficiently produces quality work product that align with varying levels of difficulty and turnaround times.
- Effectively adjusts to changing and evolving priorities and expectations.
- Demonstrates decisiveness, integrity, flexibility, and critical thinking that advances team, department, and organizational success; Contributes ideas in areas beyond their expertise.

The pay range for this role is :
100,800 - 126,000 USD per year (Seattle)
