What We're Looking For:

  • Experience is a must – We're seeking candidates with at least 2 years of experience in a dental front desk role. You should be comfortable handling patient scheduling, insurance, billing, and general office responsibilities in a busy practice.
  • Communication skills – You must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with patients, the dental team, and insurance companies.
  • Organizational skills – Strong attention to detail is critical for managing patient records, scheduling, and maintaining a smooth, efficient front desk operation.
  • Team player – We’re looking for someone who is collaborative, adaptable, and can contribute to a positive office culture while ensuring a seamless patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient appointments to maximize office efficiency and patient satisfaction.
  • Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism.
  • Answer patient inquiries via phone, text and email, and address any issues or concerns.
  • Maintain patient records and assist with insurance verifications, billing, and claims.
  • Support the dental team by ensuring smooth communication and workflow throughout the day.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the dental office.
  • Proficiency with dental software (experience with Denticon, cloud based software, is a plus).
  • Ability to stay organized, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing an outstanding patient experience.
  • Strong work ethic with a focus on integrity, respect, and teamwork.

Location & Schedule:

  • Located in the Crown Hill, Ballard area of Seattle, we are looking for someone who lives within a 30-minute commute of the office for a better work-life balance.
  • Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday (no weekends required)
