Seattle Engraving Center LLC. is a world renown full-service manufacturer, distributor and retailer of custom firearms? Founded in 2014, SEC specializes in luxury firearms offering gold plating, metal engraving as well as diamond and gemstone services. We are looking for a certified Gunsmith with accredited Gunsmithing school degrees or experience with machining and firearms to join our expanding team focused on custom design and full-service firearm retail and manufacturing. This candidate needs to be proficient in operating a Lathe, Drill Press/JET Milling machine, Cerakote booth, and woodworking (rifle/shotgun stocks). The best matched candidate general cleaning and firearm maintenance along 1 year of customer service.
Responsibilities
- General firearm repair and cleaning
- Lathe operation
- Mill operation
- Firearm refinishing
- Bluing tanks
· Complete basic gunsmithing tasks / objectives
· Properly mount and boresight optics and iron sights.
· Complete in depth clean and oils on all firearms.
· Complete basic repairs.
· Maintain Gunsmithing equipment and area.
· Conduct yourself with professionalism.
Qualifications
· Must be proficient in diagnosing, repairing, modifying, and assembly of various types of guns/firearms. Must also be capable of identifying potential safety hazards in guns, and restoring antique guns.
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Gunsmithing: 1 year (Preferred)
- Firearm: 2 year (Preferred)

Pay: $18.00/hr depending on experience
